  • Community Focus. We selectively choose advertising partners (businesses) that are located in the same communities/zip codes as those we mail to. In so doing, we create a community focus lacking in competitor magazines. We market your community, not just consumer discounts.
  • Business Focus. Unlike our competitors, we mail to both businesses and homeowners. In the zip codes representing Mason, West Chester, and Northern Kentucky, there are over 20,000 employers. We are talking to them. Our competitors are not.
  • Consumer Focus. Not all residents of a community are your targeted clients. We research and then eliminate consumers not having the characteristics most business owners seek. Renters or homeowners at lower income levels may not be within your target market. Why spend extra money on surplus mailings? For example, in a representative Northern Kentucky zip code (41011) having a population of roughly 10,000 people, consider this:
    • 33% of households have children under 18 years of age
    • 32% of households are rental units/landlord tenant relationships
    • Median income of $51k with home values ranging from $146K to $381K.

  • Feature stories. At certain advertising levels, we will provide a one page “business bio” on your firm. We will tell the story of your commitment to the community in which you live and work.
  • Tailored service. We visit with you once per month to assess the quality of business your program is generating. Unlike our competitors, we show up to celebrate the success of our campaign or acknowledge how to make it better and make those changes.
  • More than print advertising. Our team can help you refine your social media presence, web/SEO optimization, and drive increased awareness and demand for your products or services.

  • Intimate publication. You aren’t lost in a publication. A recently published competitor featured 122 advertisers within a 72 page publication. We keep it small, intimate, and local. We aren’t selling ad placements. We sell your community and business.
  • Responsible placements. We only market to targeted consumers that can actually act on your offer. Unlike one of our competitors that mails to over 600,000 consumers – most of whom don’t live within 25 miles of the businesses advertising, we stay local. We mail in small manageable increments.

  • We avoid the high costs associated with extra print and postage by only mailing to consumers that live and work in your community.
  • We maximize the return on your investment by scrubbing our mailing lists to avoid renters, low income housing, and other places where the addressee may not be a viable customer for your business.
